Vice Chancellor is the Chief Executive and key person of the university. He approves all kinds of academic and administrative decisions. So the office of the Vice Chancellor of North East University Bangladesh acts as the central focal point of the university. It is housed on the first floor of the administrative building of NEUB Campus.
