Noor Jahan Shimu is an Assistant Professor specializing in Finance and Banking, with both BBA and MBA degrees from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Sylhet, where she graduated with distinction. Her research primarily focuses on microfinance, banking performance, capital market dynamics, and financial inclusion, and she has published in both national and international journal. Beyond teaching, she actively engages in scholarly research on emerging areas such as risk management, corporate finance, and financial innovation. With a continuous drive for professional growth, she remains committed to contributing to business education and advancing knowledge in finance and banking.
