Biography
Md. Amir Hushen completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Human Resource Management. He joined North East University Bangladesh in May 2017 as a Lecturer. A dedicated educator specializing in Human Resource Management, he has several years of teaching experience at the university level. Over the years, he has guided students in understanding key HRM principles, including recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation management, and employee relations.
Beyond academics, he has been actively involved in various co-curricular clubs, enabling him to serve students more effectively. Besides teaching, he serves as the Advisor of Cosmic Ray (a musical band club) and as the Treasurer of the NEUB Business Club (a departmental club under the Department of Business Administration). In recognition of his contributions, he was promoted to Assistant Professor in February 2023. His home district is Barlekha, Moulvibazar, Bangladesh.
